Reporter |

Upon logging on to the Maintenance
Reporter, you are presented with a list of report groups on the left
with corresponding reports on the right.It is important to note that the Maintenance Reporter
is fully integrated within the Maintenance Manager application,
alleviating the need to switch applications. The Maintenance
Reporter is available as a stand-alone application for individuals
not needing the features of the Maintenance Manager - rather needing
just reporting functionality. From the Maintenance Reporter home,
you can copy, setup, and view reports.

Report Criteria |

The Report Criteria page displays upon running a report. You
can bypass this page by clicking the 'Use Default Criteria' checkbox
on the Maintenance Reporter home page.
By filling in the fields on
the Report Criteria page, you essentially filter out unwanted data
for the selected report.

Report Criteria Date
Selector |

The Report Criteria Date Selector is a quick and easy way to select
a date range for reports. By changing the criteria 'operator' to 'is
within' - a date selector drop-down appears allowing you to select
from pre-defined date ranges.

Report Criteria
Lookup Table |

The Report Criteria Lookup Table allows you to quickly and easily
select values from a lookup table. Lookup tables can be defined
within the Maintenance Manager application.

Report Criteria
Module Lookup |
| |
The Report Criteria Module Lookup allows you to quickly and easily
select a value from a related module. For example a criteria
field called Labor ID is asking you to select a Labor ID. By
using the Module Lookup, you can select Labor by simply clicking
from a list. The Report Criteria Module Lookup also displays lookup
dialogs from within the Maintenance Manager application.

Report Preview |

After running a report and selecting report criteria, the report
preview window appears. It displays your report with the selected
criteria and has a toolbar of options at the top. The options
on the report preview toolbar are:
- Print (Prints the Report)
- Email (Emails the Report)
- Export (Exports the Report data
to HTML, CSV or XML)
- Setup (Report Setup)
- Criteria (Change the Report Criteria)
- Refresh (Refresh the Report Preview with current data)
- Close (Closes the Report Preview window)

Open Work Order List Report |

The Open Work Order List Report is a
consolidated list of all open work orders in the system. You can
print it out grouped by priority, location, employee or setup the
report to group by anything you would like. You will notice below
that the report also includes a pie chart, displaying the data in a
graphical format.

Work Order Report |
|

|
Work orders can be printed
individually or in groups. If you group several reports together,
the labor, materials and tools required will display in a summary at
the bottom of the report. The Work Order Report can be put on
a clipboard and handed to a maintenance technician or emailed
directly to a contractor.

Documents in Reports |

Document attachments can be printed on reports. Examples of Document
Attachments are as follows: (Informational, Lock-Out Procedures,
Maps, Operating Procedures, Policy / Legal, and/or Task Sheets)

Report Setup |
| |
The Report Setup page allows you to change such things as the report
layout, report sorting / grouping, and whether or not to display a
chart. From the Report Setup page, you can:
- Select the fields you want displayed on the report
- Select the report orientation (Horizontal / Vertical)
- Select the sort order of the report
- Select report grouping / totals
- Select a chart to be displayed at the top of the report

Email Report |

The Email Report page allows you to email any report from within the
Maintenance Reporter application. Simply fill out the
following information:
- From Name (Your name)
- To Address (who you want to send the report to)
- CC Address (who you want to carbon copy - not required)
- BCC Address (who you want to blind carbon copy - not required)
- Priority (mail priority)
- Subject / Message

Select Recipients |

The Select Recipients page allows you to quickly and easily select
who you want to send a report to. You can choose recipients
from:
- Personal address book
- Labor module
- Requester module
- Contact module
